MEDITATION

......TO REALIZE THE SELF

Though the mind often asks for what is visible or material, its needs are deeper and cannot be met by anything superficial or short term. Meditation leads to a meeting point with all that is true and eternal.

......MANIFESTATION

The silence in mediation  brings creativity. Every great invention of science or art has always been in silence. Silence just does not mean that we don't talk or there is no noise. Silence is a beautiful quality of the mind where we are able to experience the peace that is within and our true self. This automatically brings out the best from within us. It is very important to spend a few moments each day in solitude. Consistent practice in meditation and silence like this will help us become more creative.
