........Multiple Layers of Healing

As a human being, we carry layers of wounds in our soul, which have accumulated over the years since childhood and as adults.  These layers create a fog in our mind and we become blurred to truth.  Some wounds had nothing to do with us personally because they came on us through our parents and through the genetic lines of our ancestors.  The nature and degree of hurt become layers with, depth and complexity.  Each time a person works through the forgiveness and whatever else necessary to receive healing, they will remove another layer, which creates a clarity.

Kundalini awakening brings many shifts in energy and consciousness, which work through the chakra system. When this dormant energy flows freely upward through the seven chakras (energy centers) and leads to an expanded state of consciousness, it's known as a kundalini awakening.

The Seven chakras energy system are positioned throughout your body, from the base of your spine to the crown of your head. Each chakra has its own vibrational frequency, color, and governs specific functions that help make you a well human.

Reiki is a form of alternative medicine developed in 1922 by Japanese Buddhist Mikao Usui. Since originating in Japan, Reiki has been adapted into varying cultural traditions across the world. The Reiki attunement is what makes Reiki unique to other forms of healing touch and energy work by manipulating the chakra system.

The term chakra is Sanskrit for “wheel.” Rightfully so, chakras are regularly depicted as spinning, colored wheels of energy.  chakras have been recognized as essential to life. Chakras, by definition, are energy centers within the human body that help to regulate all its processes, from organ function to to the immune system and emotions.

Our hands define our karma and fingers being the power points, are a link between individual Pranic force and universal cosmic energy. The position of our hands has the ability to influence energy of our physical, emotional and spiritual body. We use these gestures mostly in meditation or in pranayama practice to direct the flow of energy within the body by using the hands. ... So when we place our hands in yoga mudras, we stimulate different areas of the brain and create a specific energy circuit in the body.
